// FAMILY GAME PROTOTYPE
TERMS & CONDITIONS
Last updated: 20 August 2026
1. About Nitro-Blaster
Nitro-Blaster is an independent learning-game concept created by Theodore and developed with his dad, Nick. The current website is a prototype and may change, pause or contain mistakes.
2. Children and parent permission
The game is intended for families. A parent or guardian should supervise use by children and must approve any account creation, multiplayer participation or future purchase. Children must not share their full name, school, address, email, phone number or other identifying information in nicknames or suggestions.
3. Accounts and progress
Guest progress may be stored on the user’s device and can be lost if browser data is cleared. Cross-device accounts are not active in this prototype. Users are responsible for choosing an appropriate nickname.
4. Nitro Pro
The proposed Nitro Pro price is £24 per year. Payments and paid access are not active in this prototype. Before launch, checkout will show the exact price, renewal terms, cancellation process and refund rights. A parent or guardian must complete purchases for a child.
5. University fund statement
The creators intend for profits from the game to support Theodore’s future university fund. “Profits” means revenue remaining after taxes, payment fees, hosting, software, professional services, refunds and other reasonable operating costs. This statement is not a charity appeal, investment or guarantee of a particular amount.
6. Multiplayer and conduct
Live multiplayer is not active yet. When introduced, users must be kind, fair and safe. Cheating, bullying, offensive names, personal-information sharing and attempts to disrupt the game may result in suspension.
7. Suggestions
Constructive suggestions are welcome. Selected ideas may receive discretionary in-game rewards, but submission does not guarantee a reward, payment, credit or use. Do not submit confidential or personal information.
8. Acceptable use and availability
Users must not misuse, copy, attack or interfere with the service. Access may be updated, limited or withdrawn. Scores and leaderboards may be corrected where errors or unfair play are found.
9. Disclaimer
The game is provided on an “as available” basis for entertainment and learning. It is not professional survival training. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.
10. Contact and complaints
Please keep feedback respectful and constructive, remembering that this is a family project with a young creator. A parent-facing contact method and formal privacy notice will be published before accounts or payments launch.
